We love many shows here on The Blog. Most though are usually discussed by are resident hottie detective Murph. However, I would like to offer one of my favorite shows on television on this edition of Video of the Week(end). I love The Family Guy. Why? Because it is insanely ridiculously with no sense to it whatsoever. I absolutely love random off-the-wall humor. Here is a sample of the show that not only made Little Enchilada nauseous but made me laugh hysterically. Enjoy!
Good weekend TDL Readers! The oddly named "Czar of the Weekend" has returned. I hope to resume my work of filling your weekend with internet surfing material on a regular basis again. This weekend I bring you a pretty funny clip from this past weeks Stephen Colbert Report. Mr. Colbert discusses a very important issue near and dear to his heart with the patriarch of the Pro-Cookie cause, The Cookie Monster himself! The hysterical part, at least to me, is when good ole Cookie Monster tries to control Stephen Colbert during the hosts pro-cookie rants. I love it when childhood icons pop up on shows and do bits like this. ENJOY!

Hello ladies and gentlemen (AND A SHOUT OUT TO MY NEPHEW WHO HAS BEEN READING THIS BLOG EVEN THOUGH HE SHOULDN'T BE). Unfortunately, I couldn't get to the computer this weekend to put up something special for all of you to enjoy. However, since Monday's can be tricky here at The Blog, I figure I can fill the void by giving you this enjoyable piece of video. While watching this past Saturday's UFC pay-per-view event with some friends, I was told about this little jewel. Apparently some fool decided to taunt his opponent by giving him a little kiss on the lips prior to their kickboxing match. If you want to see what happens to the Kissing Kickboxer, take a look. I guarantee that if you don't laugh out loud you will at least learn never to stupidly taunt someone before getting into a vicious cock fight with them. –Pay attention to the Kissing Kickboxer's face after the knockout…CLASSIC!

By EddieOk, I know what you are saying to yourself. "What video could you possibly get from this crappy Tarantino movie?" Then you will remember that this crapfest was the movie that introduced Salma Hayek to the world and what an intro that was. Sexy outfit, big snake, sipping champagne off her leg! Well, sorry to disappoint you but this isn't that video. Even though that would be the best part of that movie, I actually thought that this scene by Cheech Marin was hysterical and worth making a "Video of the Week(end)." Its the scene where the main characters approach the Titty Twister bar to hang for the night. Cheech Marin is standing at the door making a wonderfully hysterical proposition. Go ahead and give the video a watch. Enjoy!
And after little persuasion (and believe me it didn't take much), Little Enchilada has convinced me that I shouldn't disappoint those that would like to relive that sexy Salma Hayek introductory experience. I have placed that video after the Cheech Marin one. Don't ever say I don't care!!!

I don't think there are any words to describe how freakin' funny this video is. The look on the faces of the people in the video are priceless as they watch what seems to be a flying penis come towards them. The guy giving the speech is World Chess Champ Garry Kasparov and I don't think he was amused one bit. What I would like to know is who was flying this thing and if they were able to keep a straight face.
My question to all of you is can you think of a better way to disrupt a speech? I think this has to rank pretty high up there. Enjoy!

Apparently we here at TDL live under a rock. I just saw this YouTube video called Battle at Kruger which had already been viewed by almost 30 million people. For all the goofing around we do, we obviously missed this internet sensation. The video was taken by some tourists (I assume) out on an African safari when they stumble upon a pride of lions by a watering hole. The lions are getting ready to pounce on a herd of buffalo and end up capturing one of the herds' babies. This is where nature mayhem begins. For those readers that are squeamish and don't want to watch the video because you don't want to see baby buffaloes eaten, don't worry. You will be pleasantly surprised at the end. You end up rooting for the buffaloes as if they are your favorite football team. The video will be used in a documentary on one of the Discovery Channel stations coming up soon.

By EddieOccasionally we all stumble upon movies, books, stores, night spots, etc that we consider little nuggets of treasure. We are completely surprised by how cool these discoveries are that we want to share them with others. Well I don't know how many of you know of this band but I recently discovered them. They are an indie band with a pretty unique sound (at least to me). I'm pretty picky with my music so it takes a lot to get my attention so I was pleasantly surprised when I gave them a listen. Maybe you have heard of them already, maybe you haven't. If not, here is a video to introduce you to them. The band is called Vampire Weekend. The song is called A-Punk.

By JasonSorry I'm so late with this. I'm sure you were all waiting on pins and needles for this week's VotW, so, worry no more! Here it is. One of the great travesties of man-kind would be missing out on the pure torturous hell that is sitting through all 4 minutes of "Boom Goes the Dynamite". Tacos, really, you need to experience this.
Happy Monday, ya'll. (I'm reaching out to the South.) For your viewing pleasure, I bring to you this "Who's Line Is It Anyway?" sketch featuring the immortal Richard Simmons. It's worth finding a cable/DSL connection. Trust me. Enjoy.
This week's edition brings you something that isn't funny nor ridiculous. It's just something that you sit back and think, "Holy crap! I haven't thought about that in years!" Anyway, he needs no introduction, but just in case you can't think of his name, here's Max Headroom.
